What EVergreen is

EVergreen is a web-based odds screen. It pulls pregame lines from a group of sportsbooks and puts them side by side, so you can see where one book's price differs from the rest.

Its main idea is the +EV bet. A +EV (positive expected value) tool estimates a fair price for each outcome by removing the sportsbook's built-in margin, known as the vig, from a consensus of lines. It then flags bets paying more than that fair price. To see the math, try our no-vig calculator and EV calculator.

The tool only shows data. It does not place bets for you.

Who EVergreen is for

EVergreen suits bettors who already hold accounts at several sportsbooks and want a systematic way to shop prices. If you have one account, an edge screen has little to offer, because you can only act on lines at books you can use.

It also fits people who want to track their own results. The bet tracker comes with a free account, so you can use it without paying for the edge layer.

It is a weaker fit if you bet live, since events drop off the board once they start. It is also a weaker fit if you want a tool that tells you what to bet on a hunch or a story about a team. This is a pricing tool, not a picks service.

How it works

A typical session looks like this:

  • Open the odds dashboard and pick a sport from the coverage list, which spans major US leagues, top soccer leagues, MMA, boxing and tennis.
  • Compare each line against the no-vig consensus fair price.
  • On the paid tier, sort by the edge percentage column so the largest gaps surface first.
  • Check per-book EV figures to see which sportsbook is offering the best price on that game.
  • Place the bet yourself at the book, then log it in the tracker.
  • Over time, review closing line value, which compares your odds with the consensus price after the market moves.

Player props and alternate markets sit on the paid tier. They are scanned on a slower schedule than main lines, so a prop price you see may have already moved.

What to weigh before subscribing

The free tier is useful for looking around, but the edge layer is the paid part. See the pricing and trial terms in the at-a-glance table above, including how the trial converts to a paid plan. Fees are generally not refundable, so read the cancellation terms before you start.

Coverage is pregame only. If most of your betting is in-game, this will not fit.

Consensus pricing is an estimate, not a fact. A flagged edge can come from a stale line or a thin market, so treat each one as a prompt to check, not an instruction. Our Kelly criterion calculator can help you think about stake size.

Expect account limits. Sportsbooks may restrict or close accounts that consistently take the best price, and this tool does nothing to prevent that.

There is also a learning curve. Understanding why an edge exists, and why it may not last, takes practice. Start with small stakes while you learn.

Bottom line

EVergreen is a straightforward pregame +EV screen with a free tracker attached. It fits bettors with several accounts who are comfortable thinking in terms of fair prices and closing line value. If you bet mainly live or have access to a single book, look elsewhere.
