What PropFinder is
PropFinder is a player prop research tool. A player prop is a bet on one athlete's stat, such as points, yards or strikeouts. The tool collects the numbers you would otherwise dig up by hand: recent performance, matchups, hit rates and ratings.
The problem it solves is time. Checking a player's game log, the opposing defense and the line at several books takes a while for one bet. PropFinder puts that on a few screens.
It covers NFL, college football, MLB, NBA, NHL and WNBA.
Who PropFinder is for
It fits bettors who build their bets from player trends. If you ask questions like "how does this receiver do against this defense?", the dashboards are made for that.
It also suits people who want to track their own results. The product includes bet tracking and performance analysis.
It is a weaker fit if you want a tool that scans for +EV or arbitrage on its own. PropFinder is a research product. It helps you decide; it does not hunt for pricing errors across books.
Android users should note there is no native Android app. The site works in a mobile browser, and there is an iOS app plus the web version.
How it works
A typical session looks like this:
- Open the Cheatsheets for quick, data-rich views of props on the slate.
- Check PF Ratings to sort the list and spot props worth a closer look.
- Open the Player Dashboard for performance trends, matchup analysis, advanced stats and opponent-specific game logs.
- Look at the line across supported sportsbooks and pick the price you like.
- Log the bet in the tracker and review your results later.
Paid access includes all prop markets, alternates included. For football there are also power ratings with quarterback adjustments, and a games board that shows weekly movement.
When you compare a price to a probability, the odds converter turns American odds into implied chances. The EV calculator shows what a gap between your estimate and the book's price is worth.
What to weigh before subscribing
There is a free plan, with limits. The free plan covers a limited number of games per league and a limited set of props. That is enough to learn the layout. It is probably not enough to use daily.
Hit rates describe the past. A player who cleared a line often may face a different matchup tonight. Use the dashboards to ask better questions, not to skip them.
Refunds are narrow. The terms say payments are non-refundable beyond an initial window and for partial billing periods. Read the terms and the at-a-glance table above for current pricing and plan details before you pay. We found no concrete free trial.
It does not find the edge for you. You still decide which props are mispriced. Newer bettors may find the amount of data a lot at first.
Account limits are less of a focus. Research-led betting doesn't follow the patterns books watch for in +EV or arbitrage play, though any sportsbook can still limit an account that wins consistently.
Bottom line
PropFinder is a good fit if you research player props and want trends, matchups and ratings on one site. If you want automated scanning for mispriced lines, or you need a native Android app, it will feel limited. Try the free plan first and see if the dashboards match how you already think about a bet.
